2. How We Use Your Data (Telematics & ePOD)
Data is strictly used for fulfilling logistics contracts. Live vehicle GPS data is used internally for routing and shared via secure links to clients for ETA tracking. ePOD signatures and site photographs are utilized exclusively for delivery verification and invoice generation.
3. Data Security & Retention
All data transmitted through our web portals and driver mobile applications is encrypted via SSL/TLS. We retain transactional data only as long as necessary for tax, legal, and compliance purposes under UK law.
